MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL 
Membership of SAM runs from the begining of January each year.
Existing members who haven't already set up a standing order, or lapsed members wishing to rejoin, can do so by completing the following steps:-
1. Click on the PDF icon below, to download and print a copy of the renewal & standing order forms.
2. Complete the renewal form selecting the appropriate membership type.
3. Make sure you sign both the renewal and Data Protection sections.
Choose either step 4a or 4b. SAM's preferred option is 4a as it helps with the Group's cash flow and means we have to contact fewer members to remind them their renewal is overdue.
4a. Complete the standing order form and send it to
your bank, or use the details on the form to set up a regular payment via your bank's online services.
4b. Write a cheque for the appropriate amount, made payable to
Suffolk Advanced Motorcyclists.
5. Hand the renewal form (and cheque if applicable) to our Membership Secretary at the next Group Night, or put it in the post (address at the bottom of the form).
GIFT AID DECLARATION 
If you haven't completed a Gift Aid Declaration since joining SAM, or can't remember if you have, please take time do so. The tax reclaimed from the Government helps significantly with the running and promotion of SAM to other motorcyclists.
If you pay UK tax you can make a Gift Aid Declaration by completing the following steps:-
1. Click on the PDF icon below, to download and print a copy of the declaration form.
2. Complete the form.
3. Make sure you have entered your full name and address, then date and sign it.
4. Include it with your Membership Renewal.
